Youngstown, Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced Plant Manager to oversee and manage industrial day to day plant operations (budget, hiring, scheduling, quality control, shipping…)
- High School Graduate
- 5+ years' experience supervising industrial manufacturing, sheet metal fabrication, welding, and industrial electrical wiring 
- Set and monitor budgets to control costs
- Understands Lean and 5S manufacturing processes for organizing, cleaning, developing, and sustaining a productive work environment
