Software Developer
We’re partnering with an innovative technology company that is developing proprietary, cutting-edge mobile applications for public safety and first responders. This small but mighty team is in growth mode and on the upswing—financially secure, mission-driven, and creating the next generation of products that will directly impact communities across the country.
Joining now means stepping in at the ground level: you’ll have visibility, influence, and the opportunity to grow with the company. This is mission-oriented work—helping advance devices that improve civil protection and public service.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a versatile Software Engineer who is ready to bring initiative, creativity, and independent thinking to a collaborative team. Android development experience (Java/Kotlin) is highly preferred. However, if you have a strong .NET foundation and a genuine interest in learning Android, the company will support you in gaining those skills.
This is not a role where you’ll be micromanaged—you’ll be given room to solve problems creatively, take initiative, and have a real impact. You’ll also benefit from a balanced work environment: the company encourages onsite collaboration to foster innovation and teamwork, while also supporting flexibility in scheduling and work-life balance.
