Connectly Recruiting is hiring contract recruiters to support hiring for our client, a fast-paced, growing construction and engineering business. This is high-volume, hands-on recruiting work across a range of roles, with real ownership and room to make an impact from day one.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting across a range of roles for a growing construction and engineering team, from sourcing through offer
• Source directly through LinkedIn Recruiter, online databases, and Boolean search
• Screen candidates for both technical fit and cultural fit
• Partner with hiring managers on search strategy and candidate selection
• Manage the candidate experience from first contact through offer

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong sourcing background and demonstrated ability to build pipelines from scratch, not just work inbound applicants
• Real experience recruiting within construction, heavy civil, or industrial sectors
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• ATS experience (please note which platform(s) in your application)
