Pay: $190,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year

Location
On-site in Wilmington, Delaware — work closely with attorneys and clients in a market-leading commercial litigation hub.
Note
This role requires an active Delaware bar license and prior experience handling complex commercial litigation matters in Delaware courts.

Job Description
- Handle complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft and argue motions, conduct legal research, and prepare briefs and memoranda
- Manage discovery, including document review, depositions, and expert coordination
- Appear in Delaware Court of Chancery and Superior Court Complex Commercial Division matters
- Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on high-profile cases
- Interface directly with clients and opposing counsel
- Contribute strategically to case development and litigation planning
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the State of Delaware
- 2+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
- Experience appearing before the Delaware Court of Chancery and/or Superior Court Complex Commercial Division
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Large law firm or judicial clerkship experience is a plus
