BANKING-RELATED LITIGATION STAFF ATTORNEY

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey, in good standing
- 2–4 years of substantive experience
- Experience representing lenders in mortgage foreclosure actions and related banking or financial services matters
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work closely with supervising attorneys while managing assigned matters efficiently
- Comfort with direct client communication and case status reporting
- Pennsylvania bar admission and/or bankruptcy experience is a plus
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent financial institutions and lenders in mortgage foreclosure and related banking litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents with precision and attention to detail
• Manage assigned matters in coordination with firm attorneys
• Communicate directly with clients regarding case developments and strategy
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to foreclosure, bankruptcy, and lender-side enforcement matters

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Competitive Salary: $115,000–$130,000, commensurate with experience
