What You Will Be Doing
- Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance, critical fault-tracing, and emergency breakdown repairs across high-capacity industrial ammonia refrigeration systems, screw compressors, evaporators, and condensing towers.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex plant industrial electrical systems, 3-phase power distribution networks, motor control centers (MCCs), and automated production machinery controls.
- Partner directly with the environmental safety team to support absolute compliance with all Process Safety Management (PSM) blueprints and safety protocols.
- Perform a variety of high-level industrial mechanical and plant facility infrastructure maintenance tasks to keep production running smoothly across the 2nd shift.
- Maintain detailed, digital documentation of all system readings, daily compliance logs, and completed work orders to ensure an immaculate manufacturing environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Ammonia industry track record featuring a minimum of 2 years of verifiable, hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial ammonia refrigeration systems ($NH_3$); this is a strict baseline requirement.
- Industrial electrical fluency backed by at least 2 years of solid experience diagnosing industrial electrical networks, controls, and high-voltage distribution safely.
- Schedule commitment showing absolute readiness and lifestyle alignment to succeed within a permanent 2nd shift block on a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.
- Professional reliability and a rock-solid, stable, and highly dependable employment history that proves you value team accountability and long-term commitment.
