·        - Prepare and present concise executive summaries highlighting integration progress, dependencies, and ROI realization.

·        - Maintain disciplined documentation, tracking, and change control processes.

Cultural & Operational Integration

·        - Champion consistent communication and transparency across merging teams.

·        - Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

·        - Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.

·        - Experience developing and presenting executive-level status updates and risk reports.

·        - PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification strongly preferred.

·        - Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
