What You’ll Do
Lead Web & Digital Projects
• Manage website projects end-to-end — discovery, scope, timelines, design/development oversight, QA, and launch
• Oversee WordPress/Webflow builds with a focus on usability, functionality, and client satisfaction
• Serve as the primary client-facing partner for digital projects
• Jump into execution when needed — content structure, testing, briefs, reviews
Support & Guide the Digital Team
• Prioritize workloads and allocate resources across designers, developers, and digital marketers
• Keep multi-client projects aligned and on schedule
• Mentor and support team members’ skill growth
• Identify risks early and help solve challenges
Optimize Processes & Implement Tools
• Test and roll out tools (AI, automation, CMS enhancements, workflow systems) to increase efficiency
• Document scalable workflows and train the team accordingly
• Stay ahead of web trends, platform updates, analytics, SEO and UX best practices
• Partner with leadership to pilot new digital offerings or services
What You Bring
• 5+ years in digital marketing, web project management, or product ownership; agency background strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow), hosting, integrations, UX, and site performance
• Proven ability to lead client conversations and manage multi-phase digital projects
• Familiarity with analytics tools, SEO fundamentals, conversion optimization, and UX principles
• Experience using tools like Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or similar for project management
• A mix of strategic thinking and willingness to roll up your sleeves
