About the Role
The Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of marketing strategy, brand development, and digital engagement. Reporting to a C-suite executive, this individual will lead a talented team including a Content Manager, Brand Manager, and Marketing Coordinator. Together, they will drive campaigns that elevate visibility, deepen member engagement, and strengthen brand loyalty.

In the first year, this leader will play a key role in developing and executing a forward-thinking marketing strategy that supports the organization’s overall growth objectives and positions it for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organization’s strategic marketing plan, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

  • Lead brand, content, and digital marketing initiatives across channels including web, email, social, and paid media.

  • Oversee all creative direction, content development, and digital presence to ensure a consistent and compelling brand message.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive acquisition, retention, and engagement.

  • Track and evaluate the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategy as needed for maximum effectiveness.

  • Manage department budget, vendor relationships, and performance analytics.

  • Coach and develop the marketing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 5+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally within a financial services or member-based organization.

  • Proven ability to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.

  • Strong digital marketing expertise, including SEO, SEM, email, and social media.

  • Experience with CRM systems, analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; collaborative and hands-on leader who inspires creativity and accountability.

Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based in Baton Rouge, LA. The selected candidate will be expected to work onsite for the first six months to integrate with the team and culture, after which a flexible hybrid schedule will be available.
