Diesel Mechanic Opportunities 

Sign-On Bonus Available: Up to $7,500

A well-established fleet operation is hiring A and B-Level Diesel Mechanics to support the maintenance and repair of their fleet of hauling trucks and equipment. This role offers steady work, growth opportunities, and exposure to a wide range of mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles, mostly hauling vehicles

• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems

• Complete inspections and ensure vehicles meet safety standards

• Respond to service calls and assist with on-site repairs

• Support senior mechanics with larger or more complex jobs

• Address items noted during vehicle inspections

• Document repairs, parts used, and labor time

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED plus at least 3 years of Diesel/ Hydraulic mechanical repair experience
  or four years of related heavy equipment or Class A & B Diesel Vehicle maintenance experience

• Valid driver’s license

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to use tools requiring fine motor skills

• Frequent standing, reaching, climbing, and working at heights

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
