Keys to Job: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 3+ years of project management experience required. PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt. Must excel at building and managing schedules, reviewing/negotiating contracts, tracking budgets and variances, coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation), and delivering updates to leadership. Strong communication, organization, critical thinking, and Microsoft Office/Project skills essential. Ability to work autonomously, handle multiple projects, and travel up to 25% (including international and occasional weekends). PMP and second-language skills (Spanish/French/German/Mandarin) are pluses.
Position Summary
The Execution Delivery Manager ensures projects move smoothly from initial bid through successful closeout. Success depends on clear planning, strong coordination across departments, careful contract handling, and consistent communication with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain detailed project schedules that clearly show deliverables, milestones, and resource needs
· Partner with sales and business development teams to review contracts and negotiate terms
· Oversee contract management for the full duration of each project
· Provide timely updates on schedule progress and budget status to leadership and executives
· Compare actual performance against baselines and clearly report any variances
· Prepare and deliver required project documentation on schedule while working closely with engineering and other departments
· Keep all project files, customer interactions, and records well organized according to established standards
· Lead or attend customer meetings for project kickoffs, progress reviews, and closeouts (including occasional site visits)
· Schedule and facilitate internal team meetings to review status and upcoming work
· Create and implement improved project management processes and best practices
· Support engineering teams with project management for internal initiatives
· Manage the full bid process, including bid schedules, review meetings, and approval workflows
· Uphold quality, environmental, health, and safety policies as well as core organizational values
· Perform other duties as assigned
Leadership / Supervisory Responsibility
This role carries no direct supervisory responsibilities. The coordinator is expected to provide guidance and direction to team members to help projects finish successfully and on time.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is required. Candidates need at least 3 years of project management experience. PMP certification is not required but strengthens an application. The ability to conduct business in a second language (Spanish, French, German, or Mandarin) is a plus.

Travel
Travel up to 25% is required. This may include international trips and occasional weekend work when bids or projects demand it.
Physical Demands
Regular sitting, computer use, and verbal communication are required. Occasional walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crawling may occur. The role involves regularly lifting up to 10 pounds and frequently up to 25 pounds. Close vision is necessary.
