How You’ll Make a Difference:

  • Evaluate & Assess: Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments to identify individual student needs.

  • Targeted Intervention: Design and deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy plans tailored to diverse learning styles.

  • Team Collaboration: Partner closely with educators, specialists, and parents to integrate communication goals into the classroom.

  • Progress Tracking: Monitor, document, and celebrate student growth, adapting strategies to ensure continuous improvement.

  • IEP Leadership: Active participation in IEP meetings to advocate for tailored educational plans and accommodations.

What You Bring:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.

  • Licensure: Valid State License in Speech-Language Pathology (or active eligibility); CCC-SLP preferred (CFYs welcome to apply).

  • Experience: Prior experience in a pediatric or school setting is a strong plus.

  • Mindset: Exceptional interpersonal skills, an adaptable approach, and a true passion for student advocacy.
