Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including exercises and modalities, to enhance patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising therapist.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress in compliance with medical regulations.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for both patients and staff by adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· A dedication to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices

· A devout love for working with geriatric and post-acute populations
