IT Support and Infrastructure Technician

My client is actively seeking a IT Support and Infrastructure Technician to join their team.

The ideal candidate will take on the following tasks:

1. Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot Mac and Windows desktops and laptops.
2. Maintain and troubleshoot Linux servers.
3. Manage conference room setups.
4. Support wired and wireless network infrastructure.

This person will possess the following qualities:

• Technical background in desktop support, Linux systems administration, server maintenance, network infrastructure, or computer programming.
• Background in technology support, hardware inventory management, end user support, or project planning is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability and desire to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication skills.
