Our client is an innovative structural heart medical device company developing next-generation transcatheter therapies to improve the lives of patients with mitral valve disease.

They are adding a Clinical Education & Training Specialist to support their growing Clinical team and play a key role in physician education, patient case preparation, and clinical training as they advance their pivotal clinical trial.

Your role with the company:

As the Clinical Education & Training Specialist, you'll serve as a critical resource supporting both internal teams and physician partners by developing educational content and patient-specific case presentations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop clinical education materials, presentations, training guides, and reference tools for internal teams and physician partners.
  • Translate complex clinical, procedural, and technical information into clear, engaging educational resources.
  • Prepare approximately 5–10 patient-specific case presentations each week by reviewing patient histories, imaging, and clinical data.
  • Summarize key procedural considerations to support physician planning and clinical case execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Clinical Education, Clinical Field, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Continuously improve educational content based on clinical feedback and evolving best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Desired Profile:

We're seeking someone who enjoys organizing complex medical information into meaningful educational content that helps physicians and clinical teams deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare field.
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical education, medical education, clinical operations, clinical research, or clinical content development.
  • Experience supporting cardiovascular medical devices or structural heart technologies strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of cardiovascular disease and cardiac anatomy (structural heart experience is highly preferred).
  • Experience reviewing and interpreting patient medical histories, imaging, and clinical documentation.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with the ability to develop polished, professional presentations.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to simplify complex clinical information.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
