Job TypeDirect Hire
Our start-up medical device client is adding a Clinical Trial Specialist to the team. If you’re looking for a role that goes beyond coordinating studies and puts you closer to the patient, the procedure, and the impact—this is it.
We’re partnering with a growing medical device company in Maple Grove that’s advancing valve-based therapies—and they’re hiring a Clinical Trial Specialist to sit at the center of it all.
This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role.
Your role with the company:
- Supporting live valve implantation procedures
- Partnering directly with physicians, sites, and internal teams
- Owning both site management and case execution from start to finish
What makes this role different?
Most clinical roles separate operations from the field.
This one doesn’t.
You’ll manage:
- Clinical sites (documentation, IRB, EDC, site support)
- AND procedural cases (pre-op planning → intra-procedure support → post-op follow-up)
That means real visibility, real ownership, and real clinical exposure.
- Act as the go-to partner for clinical sites, keeping studies compliant, organized, and moving forward
- Support case planning and execution, including patient-specific presentations (imaging, anatomy, clinical data)
- Be present where it matters—ensuring protocol adherence during actual procedures
- Work cross-functionally with clinical ops, physicians, and internal stakeholders
- Help drive data integrity, patient safety, and trial success
Desired Profile:
- Has clinical research or field clinical experience in medical devices
- Wants to move beyond coordination into hands-on, case-level involvement
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Is excited by cardiovascular technologies and procedural-based work
- Location: Onsite – Maple Grove, MN
- Travel: ~20%
- Level: Early to mid-career with strong growth trajectory
Why this role matters
If you want to:
- Get closer to the clinical side of innovation
- Build experience that opens doors into clinical leadership, therapy development, or field roles
- Be part of a team where your work directly impacts patient outcomes
This is the kind of role that accelerates your career.
