What you will be doing:

  •  Lead a quality team of 6 reports with a servant-leader outlook
  • Ensure adherence to the quality management system and compliance with ISO 9001.
  • Nuture and strengthen a culture that values quality and collaboration throughout the company.
  •  Lead your team in conducting audits and engaging in manufacturing processes on the shop floor.
  •  Partner with operations and engineering on process controls and inspection plans
  •  Serve as the primary quality contact for customers, addressing complaints and taking corrective action
  • Oversee supplier quality performance
 

What they are looking for:

·   Expertise in Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 compliance.

·   5+ years' Experience in manufacturing quality management.

·   Exposure to plastics industry practices is a plus.

·   Working Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.

·   BS in Engineering, Quality Management, or equivalent experience preferred.

·   ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification is a big plus
