The Opportunity
We are hiring Technical Sales Representatives to sell capital equipment and engineered industrial systems to OEMs, automotive suppliers, metal fabricators, and industrial manufacturers. This is an equipment sales role related to selling paint and paint related accessories.
This is a true field-based sales role. If you want to sell, visit customers, walk plant floors, and own a territory โ this role is for you. If you prefer inside sales, remote work, or office-based quoting, this is not the right fit.
How the Role Actually Works
- 4 days per week on the road visiting customers, prospects, and job sites
- Following up on Leads provided by Marketing, Website, Material supplier
- 1 day per week in Cambridge, ON for:
- EOS / management meetings
- Alignment with leadership, service, and operations
- You are expected to drive โProvides a company vehicle and expects to see kilometres on it
This is a sell-first role, not an applications or engineering role.

- Equipment Sales Cycle: 6โ18 months
- Lead times: 6โ26 weeks

- Turnkey system sales
- Distribution / component sales
Compensation & Commission Structure
๐ Typical OTE: ~$105Kโ$120K

Eligibility Requirements
- Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Able to travel to the United States without visa or work permit
- Valid passport required

This role pays a competitive total compensation ranging from $85,000 $110,000 per annum. Base Salary, Bonus, Profit Sharing and other compensation details will be discussed later in the recruitment process and can potentially exceed the above stated amount. The compensation is dependent on the candidate experience and educational profile and will be evaluated during the interview process.
