Pay: $125,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Location
Initially remote with a planned transition to an in-office leadership role once the Northern New Jersey office opens (Edison / Newark area)
Note
Must have an active New Jersey Bar license and 5+ years of personal injury experience with both pre-litigation and litigation exposure

Job Description
- Help launch and lead the firm’s New Jersey personal injury operations
- Build and document SOPs, workflows, templates, and standardized processes from intake through resolution
- Develop quality benchmarks and communication protocols for attorneys, case managers, and paralegals
- Manage a reduced personal injury caseload to stay close to the work while focusing on systems
- Handle client intake, evaluations, discovery, pleadings, negotiations, and litigation as needed
- Work closely with firm leadership to align NJ operations with firm-wide best practices
- Train, mentor, and support staff as the New Jersey office grows
- Serve as the primary liaison between the NJ office and national leadership
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Bar license
- 5+ years of personal injury experience, including litigation
- Experience creating, improving, or implementing law firm systems or SOPs
- Strong written skills with the ability to document workflows and procedures clearly
- Organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented leadership style
- Professional, client-focused, and collaborative approach
