Environmental Health and Safety Manager
Must have at least (3) years of plant level safety and environmental background along with a Bachelor degree in a technical area.
Responsible for supporting the EHS function (heavy focus on safety & health) for a (150) employee, non-union production plant plus (4) small manufacturing/distribution facilities with (20-30) employees each located in PA, KS, AZ and FL (travel to each site once a year). There are no direct reports – sole EHS position for the site.
Manage EHS activities through an ISO based platform and reporting tools. Safety: training, auditing, workers compensation, EHSS systems administration; continue strengthening their safety culture journey and employee engagement. Roll out corporate programs/systems and work closely with Corporate EHS. Maintain EHSS metrics, recordkeeping, and general environmental compliance.
