Remote Diagnostic Radiologists: recruit a coverage team for evenings, overnights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays, with a named reader and backup during assigned periods
Schedule and coverage
· Proposed evening and overnight coverage window: 4 PM–8 AM daily. Coverage may be divided among physicians with defined handoffs; this is not a requirement for one physician to work a continuous 16-hour shift.
· Separate weekend daytime coverage: 8 AM–4 PM. Holiday coverage to be finalized.
· Flexible recurring assignments and block arrangements may be considered, including seven nights on / seven nights off for an agreed overnight segment.
· Recruit physicians for primary coverage and credentialed backup. Other facility reading may be considered subject to an agreed arrangement and the ability to meet hospital turnaround and communication requirements.
· Preliminary estimate: approximately 30–35 reads across the combined evening and overnight period. Exact hours, modality mix, wRVUs, and arrival patterns require confirmation; weekend daytime volume has not been supplied.
