Job Description
- Advise on US project financings for energy and infrastructure projects.
- Handle holdco financings involving energy and infrastructure assets.
- Work on US tax equity financings for energy and energy transition projects.
- Support construction-to-back-leverage financings and related deal structures.
- Negotiate credit agreements, collateral documents, and other core financing documentation.
- Collaborate with highly skilled attorneys across offices and disciplines on sophisticated domestic and cross-border matters.
- Manage key deal responsibilities while building trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- 3+ years of directly relevant project finance experience strongly preferred.
- Substantial experience negotiating credit agreements and collateral documents for energy and infrastructure projects.
- Experience with tax equity, tax credit, or related financing structures is a plus.
- Admission to the New York bar is required.
- Strong academic credentials, drafting skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative law firm environment.
