Location: This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
Note: Must have 7+ years of directly relevant construction industry experience in preconstruction, conceptual estimating, budgeting, cost analysis, value engineering, and scheduling. Permanent U.S. work authorization required.

Job Description
- Lead conceptual and negotiated projects throughout the full preconstruction phase
- Develop conceptual budgets, estimates, and future scope planning
- Drive value engineering, cost analysis, pricing strategy, and profitability planning
- Perform takeoffs from construction documents and build detailed estimate models
- Create and improve estimating procedures, spreadsheets, formulas, and presentation formats
- Evaluate subcontractors, suppliers, materials, and pricing structures
- Help qualify and incorporate subcontractors and suppliers into project plans
- Support schedule blocking, phasing, logistics planning, and preconstruction task tracking
- Participate in planning and coordination meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Guide multiple projects through preconstruction activities simultaneously
- Collaborate with leadership, owners, architects, and project teams to keep projects aligned and moving forward
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- 7+ years of directly relevant construction industry experience
- Strong background in preconstruction, conceptual estimating, budgeting, and scheduling
- Proven understanding of cost analysis, value engineering, and cost control
- Strong communication skills with internal teams, owners, architects, and partners
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed
- Valid driver’s license
