Marketing Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in collaboration with Practice Group Leaders, attorneys, and the Marketing Director, with emphasis on brand awareness, relationship building, and lead generation.

Assist in managing the Marketing Department, including supervising staff, delegating assignments, and evaluating performance as needed.

Oversee digital and traditional marketing channels, including email campaigns, website content and optimization, social media, print collateral, webinars, and in-person events, ensuring alignment with the firm’s brand standards.

Conceptualize, plan, and implement marketing programs designed to enhance brand recognition and generate new business opportunities.

Manage marketing campaigns from development through execution, tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies to meet objectives.

Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitive positioning, and client insights to inform strategic planning.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and attorney practice groups to drive integrated marketing initiatives.

Leverage marketing technology platforms, automation tools, and analytics systems to optimize performance and improve outcomes.

Prepare reports and analyze performance data to evaluate department effectiveness and refine marketing strategies for continuous improvement.

Perform additional duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.

Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, with demonstrated focus on strategy development, brand awareness, relationship building, and lead generation.

Proven ability to translate client needs and firm capabilities into effective marketing programs and campaigns.

Strong project management and team collaboration skills.

Demonstrated success developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies.

Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics and automation tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Prior experience within the legal industry preferred.
PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Regular on-site attendance required; this is a fully in-office position and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.

Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds, including office supplies and materials.

Frequent walking, standing, bending, and movement throughout the office environment.

Prolonged periods of sitting while performing computer-based tasks.

Extended use of computers and standard office equipment, including printers, copiers, scanners, and multi-line phone systems.
