This is a critical role within a key business unit that manufactures mission critical components. The Director of Project Management will drive capital and operational projects across multiple facilities. Reporting directly to the executive team, this individual will make a large and rapid impact on the organization. Complex projects that include capital equipment used in the processing of advanced chemicals.
We are seeking a high caliber individual that is capable of managing large; complex; capital, auxiliary and facility projects. Manage project teams and report status to executive team.
Location: CT / NYC area; hybrid possible with travel.
To be successful in this critical role:
You must be a driven Project Engineering leader with the ability to engage the team and drive projects to execution.
- BS Engineering or equivalent – Chemical, Mechanical, or similar
- Experience within chemical processing environment and related equipment.
- PMP or formal training in project management principles is preferred
- Senior level experience managing complex engineering projects that involve both mechanical systems and chemical processing. Experience with brownfield plant expansions a plus.
- Strong communication & presentation skills and technical reporting experience.
