This is a critical role within a key growing business unit; responsible for overall Quality Management of a manufacturing plant that produces high quality plastic materials and finished products. These products must meet and exceed standards for these applications.
We are seeking a high caliber, strategic individual that is capable of managing a team of lab personnel for product testing, process documentation, and maintaining high quality standards and ISO 9001 certifications. Change Agent to lead a culture of quality.

To be successful in this critical role:
You must be a driven quality leader with the ability to engage the staff and drive continuous improvement
- Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to lead in a dynamic operation
- Experience in manufacturing required; while experience with plastics manufacturing, or other regulated environment is helpful.
- Technical Degree preferred – but open for the right background
- Systems/Process minded individual that is capable of implementing best practices throughout a facility.
