Role
The Oracle Developers will support the company’s growing Oracle Fusion/Utilities environment. This is a hands-on enterprise applications role involving development, configuration, integrations, reporting, data activities, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, develop, and support Oracle Fusion/Utilities applications.
- Work with functional business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts.
- Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Collaborate with data engineers and application architects to align solutions with enterprise standards.
- Troubleshoot application issues and help maintain system reliability.
- Participate in system testing, UAT, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Document configurations, integrations, and technical designs.
- Work with outside vendors and implementation partners to support knowledge transfer and long-term application support.
Location: This position is available on-site in Buffalo, NY; Erie, PA; or Dayton, OH.
Candidates in all three locations are being considered. Some relocation assistance is available for non-local candidates.
Background Profile
Seeking an experienced enterprise applications professional with a solid understanding of Oracle Fusion/Utilities Cloud or a comparable enterprise ERP/application environment.
Required Background:
- At least 5 years of experience supporting enterprise application development, systems analysis, or a related discipline. Experience in utilities, energy, financial services, or another regulated industry is preferred
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion/Utilities Cloud or a comparable enterprise ERP platform, including enterprise implementations, acquisitions, and/or major platform transitions
- Professional experience in at least one of the following areas:
- HCM: Oracle Fusion HCM, Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, or Security
- Customer: Customer information, billing, CRM, or customer-facing systems integrated with ERP environments
- Operations: Operational, asset management, work management, scheduling, field service, or operational finance systems
- Experience with enterprise application configuration, extensions, integrations, or development.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Transcripts will be required.
- Local to one of the listed areas or willing to relocate upon hire.
- Legally authorized to work in the USA without any form of sponsorship, now and in the future.
