The Flexible Packaging Sales Leader will work to drive evolution and change into the sales organization to prioritize new business development opportunities. Challenge the existing sales team and approach the market. Through both direct sales and sales leadership, this individual will pursue higher margin business opportunities that align with the company’s vision and new equipment capabilities.
“Player-Coach” role who will initially be a hunter of new sales opportunities, while leading the sales team and setting the commercial direction for the company.
Location: Open and flexible, remote. NE location desired for ability to play a role at HQ, but open for the right candidate. Travel as needed.
To be successful in this critical role:

Flexible packaging sales experience. Value add products and converting technologies. Preference for food packaging applications.
