Job Description

• Handle all phases of litigation from pleadings through resolution
• Draft complaints, motions, discovery, and substantive legal filings
• Manage cases in federal and state court
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
• Participate in settlement negotiations and case evaluations
• Work closely with a collaborative litigation team in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Federal court experience required
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage cases independently in a remote setting
• Consumer protection, personal injury, or similar litigation experience is a plus
