Position Overview
This strategic relationship management position serves as the primary liaison for key industrial customers, driving revenue expansion through data analysis, opportunity identification, and collaborative solution development between clients and internal stakeholders. Travel up to 35-40% may be required.
Core Responsibilities
· Functioning as the central point of contact to facilitate seamless communication and successful execution of joint projects and initiatives.
· Analyzing sales performance data, pinpointing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and leading annual business review meetings with executive stakeholders.
· Developing and implementing customized account strategies in close partnership with sales, product development, and senior leadership teams.
· Overseeing special pricing programs, monitoring market and organizational shifts, and cultivating strong executive-level relationships.
· Delivering actionable business insights and coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure long-term customer success and alignment with company objectives.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent professional experience required. Proven track record in key account management or consultative sales within industrial or manufacturing sectors. Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Teams applications along with exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and strategic-thinking skills.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
