About the Role:
 
The NA Desiccant Sales Leader will drive the growth of the company’s sustainable desiccant portfolio across nutraceutical, OTC, food, and other regulated industries. This is a senior individual contributor role with strategic responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute a multi-year North American growth strategy
● Identify, target, and win new enterprise accounts
● Build relationships with procurement, packaging engineering, R&D, and sustainability teams
● Establish company as a credible and differentiated supplier in regulated markets
● Provide commercial insight to guide:
○ New desiccant product development
○ Entry into adjacent industries
● Represent the company at key industry events
● Serve as the internal subject matter expert on U.S. desiccant market dynamics

Location: Remote with ability to travel as needed to be successful in the role.

Preferred Background

● Experience selling desiccants, active packaging, or functional packaging solutions
● Strong relationships within nutraceutical, OTC, food, and other CPG markets
● Demonstrated success building new territories or launching new product lines
● Experience managing long, technical sales cycles
● Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently
● Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant industry experience strongly considered
