Quality Manager - Packaging

Quality Manager:

The Quality Manager will be responsible for the two 24x5 facilities that produce plastic and paper based food packaging products.  Provide strong leadership and mentoring to a team of highly motivated direct reports.  Drive continuous improvement in the plant to improve processes and ensure quality standards are met.

Location:  Pennsylvania, north of Philadelphia

To be successful in this critical role:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, technical degree helpful.

• Prior Quality Management experience required.  Seeking a strong leader who can mentor the team of reports in the facilities.

• Experience with food contact packaging manufacturing, injection molding, printing, cup forming, or similar technologies preferred.

• SQF / BRC or FDA regulated environment, Lean / Six Sigma training.
