Key Responsibilities

• Interpret job packets and setup instructions to efficiently prepare for production runs.
• Set up Haas machines and accurately load and execute CNC programs.
• Conduct test runs and in-process checks to verify program accuracy.
• Continuously monitor operations to ensure optimal speeds, feeds, and tolerances.
• Maintain comprehensive records and document any operational issues or adjustments.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities in collaboration with the team.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Report any machine or consumable concerns to management promptly.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to load and execute CNC programs.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading is preferred.
• Solid understanding of algebra, geometry, and measurement techniques.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety protocols.
• 2-3 years of machining experience; trade school is a plus but not essential.
