Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.
• Manage inventory, staffing, and scheduling to optimize branch performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and service issues with professionalism and care.
• Coordinate with various departments including mechanics, sales, and delivery for smooth operations.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and branch profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in branch, operations, or store management.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing successful teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, financial management, and safety compliance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with business software, including ERP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in the heavy-duty truck industry is preferred but not required.
