Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our client's team in Burgettstown, PA. The ideal candidate will be adept at maintaining and repairing a variety of industrial and construction machinery. This role requires a hands-on professional who is knowledgeable in diagnosing malfunctions and proficient in reading complex machinery manuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and disassemble industrial and construction machinery efficiently.
• Conduct routine lubrication, cleaning, filter changes, and calibration of CNC machines, fork trucks, compressors, and cranes.
• Diagnose machinery issues, dismantle equipment, and replace defective components.
• Review and interpret highly technical machinery manuals.
• Manage and organize distinct machinery parts inventory.
• Collaborate effectively with team members during machinery operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in math and/or science.
• 2–5+ years of experience in repairing CNC machinery or proven mechanical expertise.
• Proficient understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical/mechanical components.
• Excellent communication and computational skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
