Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Northeast Account Manager to oversee and grow sales in the Northeast U.S. and Canada. This is a remote position requiring regular travel to client locations.

  • Manage and expand sales territory in the Northeast U.S. and Canada.
  • Build strong customer relationships through regular visits and proactive communication.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
  • Identify and address customer needs with tailored product solutions.
  • Travel overnight 3-4 days per week to meet clients.
  • Maximize efficiency by scheduling meetings and travel in advance.
  • Drive customer engagement by increasing contact points within each organization.
  • Stay informed about customer industries, competitors, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and R&D, to deliver solutions.
  • Provide recommendations for product testing and new applications.
  • Maintain detailed records and write clear, professional communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a technical or related field.
  • Strong understanding of value-based selling approaches.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and resilient with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with adhesive or polymer technology is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license, passport, and access to a reliable vehicle.
