In this crucial role, you will enhance financial business processes and implement technology improvements. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand and meet business needs, providing essential support to end users for optimizing financial system applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Financial Systems: Manage and improve various technology systems, including billing, accounting, budgeting, procure-to-pay, and expense reporting. Collaborate with IT and business teams on system integrations.
• Issue Resolution: Conduct data validation, system testing, and analysis to address and resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure Smooth Transitions: Facilitate training and change management to support seamless transitions.
• Drive Improvements: Lead requirements gathering, solution evaluation, and test plan development. Work collaboratively with developers to enhance business processes and technology solutions.
• Innovation and Analysis: Use creativity and analytical skills to propose innovative solutions that align with financial strategies and build trust with business leaders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience with large-scale financial systems, preferably Elite Enterprise or Elite 3E.
• Proven ability in process improvement and finance business processes within global, multi-currency, and multi-jurisdictional environments.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines while engaging across all organizational levels.
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Elite 3E / Enterprise is preferred. Familiarity with Coupa and a strong interest in developing SQL and data analysis skills are advantageous.
