Phage Display Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Spearhead cutting-edge lab research applying advanced molecular biology techniques, phage display methodologies, and innovative rational protein engineering to create breakthrough multi-specific therapeutic candidates.
2. Foster dynamic cross-functional collaboration to architect sophisticated molecular libraries and provide strategic direction for project evolution and optimization.
3. Leverage specialized technical expertise to design robust experimental protocols, ensure quality control, and drive timely delivery of critical project milestones.
4. Synthesize complex experimental data into compelling presentations, communicate actionable insights to stakeholders, and champion evidence-based recommendations to accelerate project advancement.

Essential Qualifications:

• Phage display and antibody engineering experience.

Preferred Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in phage display technologies for the discovery and optimization of antibodies from naïve, immune, and synthetic libraries, with proven ability to identify viable therapeutic candidates.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities and strong analytical skills, with experience applying these talents to overcome complex challenges in antibody engineering research.
