Growing global manufacturer is looking for a Director of IT that can help take the company to the next level. This is an incredible opportunity to contribute and bring solutions to a growing, global company. They have tripled revenue in the last 5 years and they now need to modernize infrastructure and applications. We are looking for someone that can cast that vision and accomplish those goals!!  As the Director you will manage and maintain all aspects of the IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity and the staff in these areas. You will sit at the table with the Executive Team to cast vision for the IT software and hardware infrastructure, and develop multi-year plans to accomplish the agreed-upon goals. You will have to conduct gap analysis, help define what the future state looks like, and help get them from current to future state. Having full support and commitment from the Executive team, this is a great opportunity.    

 REQUIREMENTS FOR THE IT DIRECTOR:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience with a global enterprise manufacturing environment
• Must be able to communicate effectively at the executive level and be able to bring innovative ideas to the table
• Must be able to write high-level plans for large IT projects and extend those plans to a granular level for detailed execution
• Must be a good problem solver who can think critically and work independently
• Must be able to research and learn new skills and technologies independently
• Must have strong communication skills and demonstrated management abilities
• Experience with ERP Systems required. Experience with ERP selection and implementations a plus.
• Self-motivated, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently. 
• Local to the Cleveland, Ohio area is highly preferred. Relocation to the area is a consideration for the right candidate. This is not a remote position.
