Warehouse Manager

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for leading multi-shift warehouse operations, developing the team, improving efficiency, and preparing the operation for continued growth and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-shift warehouse team, including Supervisors and Team Leads.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory, staging, and shipping.
• Drive safety, accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, training, and employee development.
• Improve warehouse flow, inventory accuracy, labor utilization, and operating efficiency.
• Partner with Production, Transportation, Quality, Scheduling, and Customer Service.
• Manage forklift operations, equipment utilization, and related spending.
• Help build the processes and organization needed to support future growth and automation.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience in food or beverage manufacturing.
• Experience leading warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams.
• Multi-shift leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Meat/poultry, dairy, frozen foods, or ready-to-eat manufacturing experience preferred.
