REGIONAL TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Technical Services Manager. The company is a leader in providing access systems, security, video surveillance and other infrastructure products for high security facilities across the US.

This role is ideal for a strong operations leader who can successfully manage field service operations, customer relationships, construction and modernization projects, service contracts, technicians, and regional profitability.

The ideal candidate will combine operational leadership, technical service management experience, supervising project management activities, managing service contracts and strong customer-facing communication skills for new business development.

What You’ll Be Doing

·         Lead the day-to-day operations of the regional service and warranty business

·         Oversee field service, modernization projects for new installations and customer  expansion of existing facilities, preventive maintenance, and customer support operations

·         Drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and regional profitability of service, warranty and new project construction and installations.

·         Manage scheduling, manpower planning, project execution, and resource allocation

·         Customer & Business Development

·         Build and maintain strong customer relationships

·         Identify opportunities for additional service work, modernization projects, and long-term contracts

  •         Representing the company in customer, contractor, and project meetings

·         Project & Service Management

·         Manage multiple service contracts and modernization projects simultaneously

·         Oversee budgets, schedules, labor planning, procurement, and project execution

·         Monitor project costs, profitability, and change orders

·         Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

Team Leadership

·         Lead and support project managers, service managers, technicians, engineers, and operations personnel

·         Conduct employee coaching, development, and performance reviews    

·         Financial & Operational Accountability

·         Maintain full regional P&L responsibility

·         Manage budgeting, forecasting, payroll approvals, expenses, accounts receivable, and collections

·         Track KPIs, operational metrics, and project profitability

 Required Experience

US CITIZENS ONLY

·         7 + years of  Field service operations leadership experience in - electronics, building systems, security or other infrastructure products used in secure facilities

·         Experience managing technicians, PMs, or service teams, project managers and engineers.

·         Experience with managing construction or infrastructure improvement capital projects.

·         Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills

·         Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and P&L performance

·         Experience with service contracts and maintenance operations

·         Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects

·         Preferred experience with access, security, video surveillance and high security facilities, low voltage systems, or security electronics

·         Preferred but will also consider experience -- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Technology, Business, or related field
