Position Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance and reliability function for a high-volume manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment uptime, leading preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and developing a strong team of maintenance technicians.

The Maintenance Manager will work closely with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors in a 24/7 manufacturing environment

• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs

• Drive initiatives to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability

• Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and work order systems (CMMS)

• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues

• Support automation, PLC, and packaging equipment troubleshooting

• Manage maintenance budgets, parts inventory, and vendor relationships

• Partner with operations to support production goals and continuous improve

 Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in food, beverage, or packaging manufacturing

• Experience leading maintenance teams in high-speed production environments

• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, reliability, and CMMS systems

• Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment and automated production lines

• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems

• Proven ability to lead teams and improve plant reliability
