Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities include:
Oversee kitchen operations along with Kitchen Manager
Work as a team with the BOH employees to expedite food quickly and accurately
Hiring, training and development of BOH Staff
Oversee inventory and ordering
Kitchen Cleanliness
Uphold quality and food safety standards

Assistant Kitchen Manager candidates must possess:
At least 2-3 years experience as a Assistant Kitchen Manager in a high-volume, full service, SCRATCH kitchen
Good working knowledge of P&L, Food Costs, Etc.
Outstanding leadership and communication skills
Ability to build positive relationships with team members and vendors
