                                                                                                              We are seeking a strong, high-energy Kitchen Manager

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Excellent people management skills used to manage and motivate a diverse employee group on a daily basis with a team effort orientation
  • Ability to train, coach, and develop staff
  • Guest relations, management, supervision of all staff and staffing levels
  • Team building
  • Work under the direction of the General Manager 



Desired Qualifications for Kitchen Manager:

  • P&L knowledge
  • Systems oriented
  • Approachable management style
  • 2+ years of current management experience in high volume, full service, upscale casual dining
  • Passion for service and great food
  • Must have Culinary experience and be very creative
