Restaurant Manager responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for overseeing the Hospitality/Take-Out/Delivery
  • Team Member execution and overall performance. 
  • Ensure operations are running smoothly while providing the ultimate experience for our customers.
  • Responsible for ensuring our team is fully staffed
  • Helping the team get better through ongoing training and development.
  • Responsible for overseeing Front of House (FOH) operations and will directly oversee all Servers and Bartenders.
  • Focus on Guest Engagement and satisfaction.
  • Oversee the HOH 
  • Responsible for the execution and performance of the HOH.
  • Ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are met and that all equipment functions properly.

Restaurant Manager candidates must possess:

  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
  • High school graduate or similar (Bachelor's degree is a plus), and possess proper food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications 
  • 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • You have a passion for training and developing the team
