Restaurant Manager responsibilities include:
- Responsible for overseeing the Hospitality/Take-Out/Delivery
- Team Member execution and overall performance.
- Ensure operations are running smoothly while providing the ultimate experience for our customers.
- Responsible for ensuring our team is fully staffed
- Helping the team get better through ongoing training and development.
- Responsible for overseeing Front of House (FOH) operations and will directly oversee all Servers and Bartenders.
- Focus on Guest Engagement and satisfaction.
- Oversee the HOH
- Responsible for the execution and performance of the HOH.
- Ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are met and that all equipment functions properly.
Restaurant Manager candidates must possess:
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
- High school graduate or similar (Bachelor's degree is a plus), and possess proper food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications
- 2 years of restaurant management experience
- You have a passion for training and developing the team
