Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
  • Work under the direction of the General Manager to manage daily operations in a high-volume environment
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are met
  • Schedule and appoint tasks and responsibilities to staff as directed by the GM
  • Inventory, ordering and upholding restaurant maintenance and appearance


Restaurant Manager Candidates must possess:
  • A minimum of 2 years of current experience in a similar role in high-volume full service casual dining
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Outstanding work ethic
  • Proven ability to train and motivate a team
  • Approachable, hands- on leadership style
  • Guest-focused and service-driven
