Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Work under the direction of the General Manager to manage daily operations in a high-volume environment
- Ensure company policies and procedures are met
- Schedule and appoint tasks and responsibilities to staff as directed by the GM
- Inventory, ordering and upholding restaurant maintenance and appearance
Restaurant Manager Candidates must possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of current experience in a similar role in high-volume full service casual dining
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Outstanding work ethic
- Proven ability to train and motivate a team
- Approachable, hands- on leadership style
- Guest-focused and service-driven
