Restaurant Shift Lead responsibilities include:
- Enforce company policies and operational standards during each shift
- Manage an assigned restaurant zone to ensure smooth operations and safety compliance
- Use company tools, forms, and logs to execute shifts, track performance, and address issues as needed
- Lead and direct crewmembers throughout the shift to maintain efficiency and strong teamwork
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support a positive guest experience
- Assist with employee recognition and reward initiatives
- Approve manager-required functions such as discounts and promotions
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ensure the facility remains in good working condition

- A minimum of one year of restaurant or retail management experience
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, energetic, and flexible with strong communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take action and resolve issues effectively
- Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel for training
- Must be at least 18 years old; high school diploma or equivalent preferred
