MUST HAVE
- $2.5MM Annual Sales Volume experience as a Restaurant Manager
- 3+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager
- 3+ years QSR/ Fast Casual management experience
- Current role as a Restaurant Manager (AGM equivalent)
- Willing to work some late nights until 1:00 am
- Stable career/ job history with logical progression (2 in 5 /3 in 9)

Restaurant Assistant General Manager responsibilities include:
- Support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations
- Coach, train, and develop team members to meet brand standards
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and staffing execution
- Help drive guest satisfaction, service excellence, and local marketing efforts
- Execute labor, food, inventory, and cost controls to support financial goals
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, food safety, and company policies
- Maintain standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and facility upkeep
- Analyze performance metrics and support action plans for improvement
- Resolve guest and team concerns professionally and promptly
- Assume General Manager responsibilities in their absence
- Complete accurate administrative and operational reporting as assigned
Restaurant Assistant General Manager candidate must possess:
- 3-5 years of coaching, training, and development experience in a high-volume Restaurant Manager role
- Good communication and facilitation skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to quickly develop positive working relationships
- Positive, energetic, “can do” attitude with the ability to work on your feet entire length of shift in a fast-paced environment
- Exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene, and work successfully in a team environment
- Flexible work schedule including availability to work all multiple shifts on regular basis
