Catering Manager responsibilities included:
- Supervises and directs FOH operations and staff
- Assists in sourcing and recruiting talent
- Build sales with weekly brand presentations and food drops
- Genuinely engage and build long-term relationships with our customers
- Accurately prepare and submit monthly reports on time
- Administrative duties include data entry, emails, and phone calls.
- Attend and participate in weekly meetings and conference calls.
Catering Manager candidates must possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of Catering Manager experience
- Enthusiasm and a welcoming personality
- Professionalism and organization
- Must be hardworking and dependable
- Must be great at building relationships
- Heart for hospitality
- Intermediate computer skills are required.
