Catering Manager responsibilities included:
  • Supervises and directs FOH operations and staff
  • Assists in sourcing and recruiting talent
  • Build sales with weekly brand presentations and food drops
  • Genuinely engage and build long-term relationships with our customers
  • Accurately prepare and submit monthly reports on time
  • Administrative duties include data entry, emails, and phone calls.
  • Attend and participate in weekly meetings and conference calls.
Catering Manager candidates must possess:
  • A minimum of 2 years of Catering Manager experience
  • Enthusiasm and a welcoming personality
  • Professionalism and organization
  • Must be hardworking and dependable
  • Must be great at building relationships
  • Heart for hospitality
  • Intermediate computer skills are required.
