As a General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind building a happy, motivated team and keeping our values alive every day. You’ll recruit great people, help them grow, and make sure they have the training and support they need to succeed. You’ll keep the shop running smoothly by upholding quality standards, ensuring top-notch customer service, and staying on top of compliance. On the business side, you’ll boost sales and profitability through smart scheduling, forecasting, and labor planning. Most importantly, you’ll be a change-maker—communicating clearly, rolling out new initiatives, and keeping your team engaged and aligned.
 
 
 
General Manager duties include:
  • Lead the team to deliver Amazing Service every time.

  • Keep service fast, friendly, and accurate with Speed of Service principles.

  • Drive customer loyalty through events and initiatives.

  • Ensure consistent food and drink quality

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shop at all times.

  • Address issues promptly and coach the team to maintain high standards.

  • Lead by example

  • Drive sales and profit 

  • Maximize labor efficiency, control costs, and own P&L accountability.

  • Boost sales through merchandising, marketing, and catering opportunities.]

  • Encourage two-way feedback and share ideas.

 

General Manager candidates must possess:

  • Strong background in operations, customer service, and team leadership.

  • A minimum of 2 years of current Restaurant General Management experience in a fast-paced environment (preferably Fast Casual)

  • Solid skills in communication, problem-solving, and project management tools.

  • Leader who drives results and builds great teams.

  • Adaptable, action-oriented, and quick to respond.

  • High integrity, with a focus on collaboration and inclusivity.

  • Passionate about people and the industry.

  • A strong coach and mentor who brings out the best in others.

  • Authentic, thoughtful, and committed to diversity and inclusion.

  • Degree in business, hospitality, or related field (preferred).
